Our concrete choices for sustainable production.

OUR IMPACT

Our plant is organized into two dedicated production departments. Each department handles the entire production cycle, from start to finish, without outsourcing any steps. We have a range of state-of-the-art machinery, operated by an experienced and skilled team, which enables us to meet every production need.

Energy from renewable sources. In 2023, we installed a photovoltaic system that allows us to be self-sustaining during production hours.

Selection of raw materials. Every filament, every bristle, every fabric that enters the factory is selected according to precise technical criteria, but also according to the traceability of the supply chain from which it comes.

Production waste management. Reusable waste is reintegrated into the production cycle; non-recoverable waste is sent through authorized channels that guarantee its correct disposal.

Logistics optimization. We produce internally to reduce intermediate steps: less transport, less packaging, less unnecessary handling.
