Quality can't be delegated. It's built here, step by step.

We produce every type of brush and roller in-house to have complete control over what we deliver. When a product leaves our warehouse, we know exactly how it was made.

The production process: from bristle to packaging.

THE METHOD

Our factory is organized into two dedicated production departments. Each manages the entire production cycle, from start to finish, without external inputs. We have several cutting-edge machines, managed by an experienced and competent team that allows us to meet every production need.

Paint brush Department

Selection and mixing of filaments. We start with natural and synthetic filaments selected according to our specifications. Blending takes place in-house to achieve the right density and elasticity for each application.

Assembly and fixing. Each brush is assembled using automated processes supervised by our operators. The bristles are attached to the handle through tightness checks to prevent hair loss during use.

Quality control and packaging. Before leaving the department, each product is checked for uniformity, shelf life, and compliance with standards. Only then is it packaged.

Paint roller Department

Gluing the fabric onto the tube. We use fabrics of all kinds applied to tubes with an automated gluing process that guarantees uniform adhesion across the entire surface, without bubbles or peeling.

Processing and finishing. Each roller goes through cutting, assembly, and finishing stages to obtain a product that meets your requirements.

Final inspection and packaging. As with brushes, each product is inspected before leaving the department. We verify the fabric's uniformity, absence of defects, and compliance with specifications.
